Rocky Mountains of the Bitterroot Valley are among Montana's most scenic!

This news letter is designed from my perspective---If you enjoy the allure of a high alpine, wilderness basin,  the haunting melody of an elk bugle, a four pound, tail walking rainbow trout or the challenge of sleeping in a wall tent in a remote hunting camp---please read on.  I will try to keep you abreast of my activities as well as local area events from time to time.

The Bitterroot Valley is buzzing with activity, days are very long and there are endless activities in need of enthusiastic participants! 

The Bitterroot River and most of the tributaries are high, off color and bank full of water. Earlier in May there was some minor lowland flooding, but the water seems to be slowly receding.  Not much fishing going on until the river drops. 

The county commissioners are grappling with the county wide zoning process...a necessary evil if we are to maintain our pristine valley in the future. The commissioners intend to adopt final regulations in November.

There are lots of properties from which to choose scattered all over the valley.  Some have been on the market for some time.  It is a really good time to be a buyer in this market.  I am sure the market will turn on it's cyclical axis very soon.  When it does will you be ready?  Contact me today!
